Oximeter does not work

The oximeter you sent is broken. I installed fresh batteries, but you cannot see the display at all. It is extremely faint. I can't tell if it's actually working at all. I've had multiple oximeters so I know what they should look like. Also, I don't think you sent the one I ordered. It looks like you sent a cheaper version by NatureSpirit? I'm not really getting out so I doubt I'll be returning this. But I won't be ordering from you again. One other thing, the packaging was really bad. The product was just rattling around loose in a box. Maybe it was damaged in transit.
