Shipping Charges

On the 2nd of October 2020, I ordered the Car Charger for the advertised price of $75.00 with FREE SHIPPING. I paid that by credit card and, 4 days later, I was charged an additional $35.00 for "international shipping and fees". I wasn't happy about that but I paid since the original charge had been processed. Then, on the 9th of October, I received another bill from UPS demanding another $16.00. Again, I paid and the item arrived yesterday. The final cost to me was far from what you advertised.
