The Serene Elite Alternating Pressure Redistribution System features
ventilated low air loss for patients’ utmost comfort.
ADVANCED PUMP TECHNOLOGY
Multiple modes include Alternating Pressure Therapy and Constant Low
Pressure (static). Serene Elite also features max inflate and seat inflation
for the Fowler position. Client weight references are incorporated into the
control panel so caregivers can easily find the correct level of comfort and
firmness needed for optimum comfort and healing.
ACTIVE THERAPY IMPROVES HEALING
Serene Elite‘s cell on-cell bladder acts as basic support to avoid bottoming
out in case of power failure. Meanwhile, the heel relief function allows you to float
the heels by deflating individual cells. Alternating Pressure Therapy (APT)
modes assist in wound healing and prevention. The APT has four operating
cycles (10/15/20/25 min).
SAFETY AND CONVENIENCE
To protect your clients, the Serene Elite has some added safety
features. An accessible and highly visible CPR release valve allows
caregivers to quickly deflate the surface during emergencies. Plus there is
an auto-lock on the settings after five (5) minutes. When setting it up, initial
inflation takes less than three (3) minutes. The surface also has a 4-way
stretch PU/ Nylon PU zipper all-around top cover that is low friction, vapor
permeable, water resistant, and high flame retardant.
