packing is a problem

the narrow cervical collars are perfect. I have ordered cascade products before and will continue. HOWEVER, the packing is foolish. I got three smallish items(non-breakable) in two boxes filled with packing material. I am WAITING for the 4th collar to arrive ! What is up with your shipping/packing dept ?
