PressureGuard APM2 Deluxe Control Unit

I ordered this item on a Saturday. After I submitted the order and paid through Amazon payments, I realized I accidentally left the wrong shipping address attached to the order. I emailed the company and called Monday morning to ask if I could switch the shipping address to the correct address. The agent I spoke to was very helpful and got it corrected. I received the item on Friday morning. The item description was for a model 5800 and there was no picture but I received a model 5900. It worked out fine because the newer model connected to the mattress just fine and works perfectly so we have an upgrade to the system for my daughter. Plus, the cost of the item was less than half the price we were quoted through Handi Medical Supply! I will certainly look to purchase items here if the need arises again!
