The Power-Pro Elite Alternating Pressure Air Mattress System with Gentle Low Air Loss combines two clinically effective therapies: True Low Air Loss and Alternating Pressure, in a portable system. An optional pulsating low air loss therapy feature is available. The mattress utilizes 18 independent 9" deep air cells to provide proper pressure redistribution for the prevention and treatment of Stages I-IV pressure ulcers. The new Power-Pro VW Elite bariatric model combines variable width convenience with durability and wound prevention features. Available in three models to fit the most popular bariatric bed frames.The Power-Pro VW Elite fits 35", 39", 42", 48" and 54" bed frames. Bladders: Ventilated low air loss cells have air holes throughout the mattress to help minimize skin maceration by reducing excess moisture under patient. The ventilated air cells assist in the treatment and prevention of pressure ulcers. Air cells are constructed of TPU thermal polyurethane material. Dual bladder design prevents patients from bottoming out, while sitting up and will maintain air during power outages. Optional Expandable Mattress: Power Pro VW is an expandable air mattress system that allows for variable mattress widths. Three models 35", 39", 42" supporting 800 lbs, 35", 42", 48" supporting 1000 lbs and 39", 48", 54" bariatric mattress supports 1000 lbs. Cover: Vyvex- III - Urethane coated, multi-stretch, moisture resistant / vapor permeable, low shear, quilted cover, transfers moisture away from the patient's skin. The cover is washable, anti-microbial, fluid-resistant and fire-retardant. |

Blower Pump: The blower pump is controlled by a micro-processor which allows the caregiver total control of comfort and chosen therapy. Cycle time ranges from 5 to 95 minutes. The blower pump inflates the mattress within minutes, reducing the waiting time for therapeutic treatment to begin. Optional pulsating low air loss pump Model 9511-PS allows caregivers to provide pulsating low air loss therapy. |
