1 Poor Customer Service

I ordered an item on 8-15-20 and it is now 9-8-20 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! I spoke to a "customer service rep" at the beginning of last week and told her I had to have it by last Friday or I wanted to cancel the order. I received an e-mail update that it was being SHIPPED on Friday! Terrible delivery timing and poor customer service!
