I ordered McKesson SOF-TOUCH Nasal Cannulas. What I got was just McKesson Nasal Cannulas. I don't know if the person who is pulling the orders can not read the order form, just not paying attention to what they are pulling, ( these are the second items i have ordered and not received the product that was described) or if the manufactory is not describing the product correctly or labeling the product wrong. Because the Cannulas I received are not SOFT. The tubing is ridged and hard and so are the nasal prongs.
