I am giving this a low rating because I was miss lead on the shipping. It says that I would get the item in 1-2 business days and I would get an email when shipped so I could track it. I did not get an email and had to call for status. I was told it would take almost a week to get delivery. The fine print the the company's web page says that I would get a notice on different shipping options if the delivery was is longer. I got nothing.

It was less expensive than a local company and just a little bit more than what I would have paid using Medicare. I a lot less hassle without Dr. approval etc required to get Medicare payment. Thanks for the very quick receipt of pendant. Plan to order a spare real soon.
