Received the package yesterday. The package had been torn and was all beat up. The scale seemed to be OK but it shows 15 lbs more than it should be. Couldn't move the knob on the top of the scale to get it back to zero (as the instructions said). Called and Michael and I agreed to return the scale because it was defective. It will be returned as soon as I get back from my trip on March 30. I will then call Cascade and get their permission to have it returned and replaced.
