Knowing that our customers care about the environment, we set out to find a way to make foam positioners more environmentally friendly without sacrificing quality. Polyurethane foam is heavily petroleum based and utilizes non-renewable energy sources during the production process.

Ring cushions position the head, ear or iliac crest. They can also be used to support elbows, heels and knees. Dimensions: 9" Outer Diameter, 4" Inner Diameter, 2"H.

Fast and Easy

This was the first time I ordered from Cascade Health Care Solutions but it definitely will not be my last. It was by far the easiest online shopping experience I ever had. Even in these times of the pandemic where shipping is delayed and everyone has reasons of why they can not meet their commitment for shipping and delivery times, my order still arrived exactly as the website said it would. The products I ordered were exactly as detailed but had a better quality from what I was used to, and the cost was nominal. I highly recommend using this site.

Great--the second time

I ordered this Medline item as I had used it previously and found that it worked well for head positioning. Sadly, Cascade substituted a McKesson product, intended for decubitus care, with similar dimensions but much softer foam without asking or informing me. This substitute product was unacceptable for my use. Customer service was great and sent the correct item quickly.
